My Role
I led and supported research, journey mapping, and co-creation sessions to uncover key friction points. I translated insights into strategies and visual experiences that balanced user needs with organizational goals. I brought clarity to ambiguity by distilling systems-level complexity into compelling narratives and touchpoint improvements. I acted as a bridge between research and execution — connecting the dots between patient needs, operational constraints, and design opportunities.
